(4) Not less than 150 mid-level or above skilled workers who have passed the assessment or training.

3. Corporate Project Performance

In the past 5 years, it has undertaken the general construction contracting or main project contracting of the following 4 categories of the 2 types of projects, and the project quality is qualified.

(1) 1 item of civil construction above 25 floors above the ground or 2 civil construction items of 18-24 floors above ground;

(2) 1 item of structure project with a height of 100 meters or more, or 2 items of a structure project with a height of 80-100 meters (exclusive);

(3) 1 single industrial or civil building project with a building area of 30,000 square meters or more, or 2 single-item industrial projects or civil construction projects with a construction area of 20,000 - 30,000 square meters (excluding);

(4) 1 item of construction of single-span of reinforced concrete structure (above 36 meters above steel structure) or single-span of reinforced concrete structure of 27-30 meters (excluded) (or 30-36 meters of single span of steel structure) (Excluding)) 2 construction projects.

2. The main staff of the company

(1) The total number of registered construction engineers for construction and mechanical and electrical engineering shall not be less than 12 persons, including no less than 9 professional architects registered for construction engineering.

(2) The person in charge of technology has more than 8 years of experience in engineering construction technology management work, and has the qualification for professional construction of a grade one registered construction engineer with a professional title of structural profession or professional; and not less than 15 persons with a professional title of intermediate or higher level in related fields of construction engineering. (3) The number of construction site management personnel holding job certificates is no less than 30, and the construction personnel, quality personnel, safety personnel, mechanics, cost-manager, laborer and other personnel are complete.

(4) Not less than 75 technical workers with intermediate or higher qualifications who have passed the assessment or training.

3. Corporate Project Performance

In the past 5 years, it has undertaken the general construction contracting or main project contracting of the following 4 categories of the 2 types of projects, and the project quality is qualified.

(1) 1 item of civil construction above 12 floors above the ground or 2 civil construction items of 8-11 floors above ground;

(2) 1 item of structure project with a height of 50 meters or more, or 2 items of a structure project with a height of 35-50 meters (exclusive);

(3) One single industrial or civil construction project with a building area of over 10,000 square meters, or two single industrial and civil construction projects with a construction area of 06,000 to 1 million square meters (excluding);

(4) 1 item of construction of single-span reinforced concrete structure with a span of 21 meters (or more than 24 meters of single span of steel structure) or 18-21 meters of single span of reinforced concrete structure (not included) (or 21-24 meters of single span of steel structure) (Excluding)) 2 construction projects.

(3) The number of construction site management personnel holding job certificates is no less than 15, and the construction personnel, quality personnel, safety personnel, mechanics, cost-manager, laborer and other personnel are complete.

(4) The number of mid-level and above skilled workers who have passed the assessment or training is not less than 30.

(5) The technical responsible person (or registered building engineer) presides over not less than 2 project achievements that have completed the requirements of this category of qualification level 2 or above.
